At Selkie, we want you to feel like royalty in your pieces; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Selkie tags and ribbons remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
